ZMC4 started with a simple idea: accounting shouldn’t be a headache. It began with our founder working as a dedicated solo bookkeeper, untangling messy spreadsheets and managing the numbers for Australian business owners.

We quickly realized something important. Once our clients had their finances under control, their businesses started growing fast—which meant they suddenly had new problems. They didn’t just need pristine books anymore; they needed someone they could trust to manage their overflowing inboxes, coordinate their travel, and act as a right-hand strategic partner.

Because we had already earned their trust with their money, they asked if we could handle their daily operations, too. We stepped up to the challenge.

What started as a humble two-person operation has rapidly evolved. Today, ZMC4 is a dedicated team of over 30 employees providing remote business support from our collaborative physical office in Taytay.

While our roots will always be in surgical accounting and bookkeeping for our core Australian partners, our vision is expanding. We are actively scaling our operations, bringing our elite Virtual Assistant and Executive Assistant services to growing businesses and founders across the globe.
